Stay Slim With Seven Naturally Slimming Foods

Do you want to know what naturally slim people love to eat? If you haven’t been able to stick to your New Year’s Resolution and lose weight with Weight Watchers or any other program, do not worry, most people haven’t. In order to stay on track with your healthy eating I thought of sharing with you a few foods that naturally slim people love to eat. In no particular order, here they are:

#1 Grapefruit

Grapefruit is one of my favorite fruits and I usually have about a half between breakfast and lunch. It helps me feel full up until lunch and also for some reason it helps you burn off that extra fat when you need to lose some extra pounds before a photo shoot. A study found out that people who ate half a grapefruit with every meal lost 3.6 pounds in 3 months.

#2 Almonds

Almonds are one of my favorite snacks and I always bring them around with me. They help me feel full for longer, they have some healthy fats and finally, they are very good to make your skin look good. Keep in mind that people who eat almonds two times a week are less prone to weight-gain than people who never eat them.

#3 Coffee

Coffee gives people energy therefore you are able to work harder at you job, work out harder and longer in the gym. Actually, it reduces the amount of pain you feel when you are working out. So, make sure that you have a cup of coffee about 45 minutes before working out.

#4 Vinegar

Vinegar helps you dissolve fat in your stomach so that you do not absorb it all. Personally, I love vinegar added in my salad. Also, I frequently have a shot of apple cider in the morning for energy boost.

#5 Cinnamon

Cinnamon has been shown in studies that it balances you blood sugar levels. I encourage you to add some cinnamon into your morning oatmeal or in your tea at night.

#6 Lemon

Add a squeeze in your water as it makes it taste better and it also helps you clean your stomach. Additionally, it helps you feel refreshed.

#7 Cayenne pepper or other spicy foods

Spicy foods have been shown in studies to boost your metabolism. If you are not having something spicy for dinner nor cayenne pepper nor vinegar or lemon then you may choose to focus on your morning food intake. For example, you might eat something organic for your breakfast or have a shot of apple cider vinegar with some lemon juice and some cayenne pepper. Studies have demonstrated that unfiltered apple vinegar which organic and raw helps your body remove the toxins and control its weight.

Furthermore, this kind of vinegar increases your energy in the morning, helps you de-blow and thus make your stomach flatter. Vinegar has indeed some serious cleansing effects on your body and therefore it substantially contributes to weight control.
